2019 Fiat 500X vs 2018 Fiat 500X
Like many other new models and redesigns, the 2019 Fiat 500X debuted at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show in late November 2018. Boasting a fairly substantial redesign, the 2019 Fiat 500X has a lot of welcome changes to explore.
2019 Fiat 500X and 2018 Fiat 500X Specifications
|Model||2019 Fiat 500X||2018 Fiat 500X|
|Baseline Engine||1.3L Turbocharged Inline 4||1.4L Inline 4|
|Standard Transmission||9-Speed Automatic Transmission||6-Speed Manual|
|Combined Fuel Economy (mpg)||TBD||28|
|Maximum Cargo Capacity (ft3)||TBD||50.8|
|Fuel Tank Capacity (gal.)||TBD||12.7|
Although fuel economy ratings are not yet released, the 2019 Fiat 500X might have a slightly better fuel economy than the 2018 Fiat 500X despite its jump in power. This is due to its smaller engine size, moving from a 1.4L inline 4 engine to a 1.3L turbocharged inline 4 engine.
Other changes with the 2019 Fiat 500X include an exterior redesign, new color options, upgraded safety features, a new generation of the Uconnect Infotainment system, and more!
