Anyone not familiar with the Fiat brand might think there is only one model out there. Fiat models have a very distinctive Italian heritage and they are styled similar to keep that heritage prominent, but there are actually 4 different Fiat models! Let’s take a closer look at them here!
The Fiat 500 is actually considered a microcar. It is available as a coupe, or a convertible (aptly named the 500c). This is the most popular Fiat model, and most likely is what you see people driving around in. It offers three trim levels for drivers to choose from: Pop, Lounge, and Abarth.
The Fiat 500L is larger than the 500, but not the largest Fiat model. It is considered a hatchback/wagon model and is available in four trim levels: Pop, Easy, Trekking, and Lounge. The 500L is comparable to other hatchback models like the Mazda3, Subaru Impreza, or Volkswagen Beetle. The 500L is available in a wide variety of color combinations so you can customize it to fit whatever your personality is!
This Fiat model is the largest model in the lineup. It is a compact crossover, comparable with models like the Honda HR-V, Nissan Juke and Chevy Trax. This model has a bulkier body style to show off its capabilities more, and it offers an elevated ride height compared to the other Fiat models. The 500X is available in three trim levels: Pop, Trekking, and Lounge.
In a complete 180, Fiat also has a compact roadster model in its lineup, the 124 Spider. This model has a turbocharged engine, and continues the classic Fiat styling with large, round headlights and bold lines. The 124 Spider has three trim levels to choose from: Classica, Lusso, and Abarth, and it is comparable to the Mazda MX-5 Miata and Toyota 86.
