The question of whether to invest in a set of winter tires is one that weighs heavy on many drivers’ minds here in the Midwest where we are located. It comes down largely to personal preference, confidence in one’s driving ability in adverse conditions, and the tires you’re currently using. Today we’ll talk about why you might want to look into getting some snow tires for your Fiat car if it’s your main winter ride. 
Here are the questions you need to be asking yourself:
1. How often am I on the road? If you’ve got a short city commute or don’t need to use your personal vehicle for work and errands too often, maybe it’s not so necessary for you to make that sort of investment. That said, if you’re driving every day on highways and busy roadways for considerable distances, or if your life on the roads includes transporting other people regularly, it’s probably one of the best investments you can make.
2. Can I afford it? It’s no secret that a good set of snow tires isn’t cheap. But the better question might be: Can I afford not to get snow tires? Whatever tires you have are going to experience wear and tear during winter, so in some ways getting a set of snow tires will increase the life of your summer tires.

3. Is it worth the hassle of having them changed? Since you’d probably be taking your car in for a tire rotation about as often as you’re changing them, it’s really no extra trouble to just change the out entirely. And since snow tires can greatly increase your confidence on the road and your ability to handle slick roadways, we’d say yes — it’s worth it.
